Jhatpat Chatpatta Corn Snack


Jhatpat Chatpatta Corn Snack:

Jhatpat corn bhelpuri is all natural, a good source of fiber.  This corn snack will complement our diet of any type ranging from high fiber, vegan, gluten free diet, or simply a standalone snack, used in place of croutons on top of salads, as a garnish in thick soups, or as an ingredient in a trail mix. It’s a ZERO-oil healthy dish…..

Ingredients:

·         Sweet corn: 500 Gms (boiled)
·         Green chillies (finely chopped): 4 Nos
·         Onions (Medium sized, finely chopped): 2 Nos
·         Celery / Dhania leaves (finely chopped): 1 Bundle
·         French Beans (finely chopped & boiled): 15 Nos
·         Potatoes (Boiled & cut into small cubes): 2 Nos (medium sized)
·         Tomatoes (finely chopped): 1 Nos
·         Lemon juice: 2 tsp
·         Chat Masala: 2 pinch
·         Salt: To taste
·         Red chili powder: ½ tsp
·         Black pepper powder: 1 pinch

Method:

·         Boil corns in a separate bowl till 95% done. It should remain a bit crunchy also
·         Boil potatoes and beans in another bowl & cut it as per mentioned above.
·       Add boiled sweet corns+ boiled & cut potatoes, beans, chopped onions, tomatoes, Dhania leaves, and all other dry masalas.
·         Sprinkle lemon juice on the top & mix well
·         Serve as a healthy snack or salad.
